White Chocolate Brownie

4 1/2 oz white chocolate
3 1/2 oz butter
10 oz sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 oz all purpose flour
Pasolivo Lemon olive oil to taste
Over a double boiler melt the chocolate and butter together. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Whisk in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Stir in flour and mix thoroughly. Pour into a lightly greased pan. Bake at 375 degres F for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into desired sizes. Top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Drizzle with Pasolivo Lemon olive oil.
