Try the Pasolivo Basil olive oil on a fresh caprese salad!
1 cup fresh basil leaves
Fresh, small mozzarella balls
Grape tomatoes, halved
3/4 cup Pasolivo Basil Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut tomatoes in half and place in a bowl. Chop basil and mix in with tomatoes. Add the mozzarella. Pour in Pasolivo Basil olive oil while mixing the whole time. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate before serving.
