Tangerine Pork Tenderloin
BBQ with our Pasolivo Tangerine olive oil is a match made in heaven!
1 tablespoons Pasolivo Barbeque Blend
1/2 cup Pasolivo Tangerine olive oil
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 lbs pork tenderloin
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix bread crumbs, Pasolivo Barbequeue Blend and brown sugar in a bowl. Coat the tenderloin with the Pasolivo Tangerine olive oil and then rub in the bread crumb mixture. The rub should be about 1/4 inch thick covering the tenderloin. Bake for 35 min. or until pork is no longer pink inside. Let stand for 10 min. before cutting into 1/2 inch slices. Enjoy!
