Pasolivo uses a state-of-the-art Pieralisi olive mill to press our olive oil. We are open 7 days a week to visitors, and offer tours of the press - just ask!

For olive growers, we offer custom milling by the ton. Email info@pasolivo.com with your olive oil milling questions or needs, and we'll get right back to you. Our harvest season generally runs from mid November through early December.
