Pasolivo Extra Virgin Olive Oils are pressed at our state-of-the-art olive mill in Paso Robles, California. We use a Pieralisi press, which we are happy to show you during our tours Thursday - Monday. We are closed on Tues & Wed.

CUSTOM PRESS PROJECTS
We are happy to do custom press projects for individual growers. We also offer consulting services at $100 per hour for visits to your orchard, procurement questions and any questions related to managing your orchard.

COOC
We encourage all growers to join the California Olive Oil Council to learn more about olives, olive oil production and the management of such issues as the olive fruit fly.

OLIVE FLY SPRAY NEWS: Permits For Spinosad (GF-120) No Longer Required
Permits are no longer required for the use of Spinosad(GF-120). This is great news as Spinosad will now be readily available for use by commercial and non-commercial growers. Visit the California Olive Oil Council website for more info, www.cooc.com.



COMMUNITY PRESS DAY
Once a year we offer our free Community Press Day, where we press up to 500 lbs of fruit free of charge along with fruit brought in by other hobby growers in the area. This event takes place the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. Guidelines are listed below:

• All olives must be clean
• We retain the right to refuse any fruit infested with or showing damage from the olive fruit fly
• Growers are required to bring their own olive oil containers to take their oil home
• All growers must arrive by noon at the Ranch, directions located on the Tasting Room page
