This is beyond yummy. Unlike so many other citrus blend oils out there this is balanced. The full flavor of the olive shines through along with the various citrus notes. Grab some asparagus, toss it with a bit of this oil and your favorite seasonings, roast it in the oven, then a bit more citrus oil and some sea salt. The last dinner party this disappeared long before anything else!
