Our Tangerine Olive Oil is made using the same olives used in our signature EVOO. We blend oil distilled from Tangerine peels directly with our Pasolivo to create a gorgeous oil for salad dressings, for drizzling on BBQ or on pork chops. Our favorite way to use it is still the easiest: use it instead of vegetable oil in your next batch of brownies!

Excellent for banana bread as well. Delicious with fresh lemon juice, salt & pepper for salads. Heaven!

We tried this by marinating shrimp and garlic
with tangerine olive oil. Pouring this over
pasta with the shrimp and a little basil is excellent. We love this olive oil

This oil's divine tangerine scent and flavor makes it my go-to ingredient for most of my salads, in particular caprese salad using the big heirloom tomatoes available in the early fall.
Great to use alone, but also as a perfect partner with balsamic vinegar... this is an oil that is not overwhelmed easily, yet itself does not dominate. Nice product, Pasolivo!

We tried the Olive oil bar after several recommendations from different wineries and we were so glad we did! The infused olive oils were spectacular but none so much as the Tangerine Olive oil. The hint of orange makes for such a splendid experience in your mouth! It went well with the Baked salmon with honey and their Dukkah seasoning and then drizzled with the Tangerine Olive oil to finish. It makes good brownies to FABULOUS brownies!
