Pasolivo’s Citrus Olive Oil is a wonderful combination of lemon, lime and tangerine oils that are brightly flavored with fruity zest and sharp tang. Each harvest, we combine Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (our most mild extra virgin blend) with the oil from the zest of these three fruits to create our Citrus Olive Oil.  It is a flavor like no other.  We hand-blend this oil in small batches to ensure the flavors complement each other.  All of our flavored olive oils feature natural ingredients with no artificial flavorings or preservatives. This brightly flavored oil is perfect for salad dressings, brownies, vegetables or stir fry. 

As with all our olive oils, we recommend storing this olive oil in a cool, dry, dark location. It’s important to protect your olive oil from excessive heat, cold or light. That means away from the stove, away from windows and the refrigerator. We also suggest consuming your olive oil within 30 to 60 days of opening for peak freshness. Otherwise, olive oil (unopened) has a shelf life of approximately two years.
