INGREDIENTS:
• 1 fresh avocado, just ripe
Pasolivo California Olive Oil
Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
Pasolivo Italian Nut Crumbs
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove skin from avocado, slice into wedges, and gently cut away from the pit. Lay slices on a plate and drizzle with Pasolivo California Olive Oil. Make sure avocado slices are fully coated. Sprinkle both sides with Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt. On a separate plate, place Pasolivo Italian Nut Crumbs. Roll avocado slices in nut crumbs to coat all sides. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes, then flip and bake for 6 minutes, or until golden.
