INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2/3 cup Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
1/4 cup Almond Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup Crisp Flake Cereal(Flax, Spelt, Purple Maize(Trader Joes))
1/3 cup Dried Fruit of choice(cherries, chopped apricots, golden raisins, etc.)
1/3 cup Flaxseed Meal
1/3 cup Chopped Nuts of choice(walnuts, pecans, pistachio's, etc.)
1/4 cup Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 tsp. Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt
1 tsp. Pasolivo Sugar and Spice Blend

DIRECTIONS:
Line a 9X9 baking pan with parchment paper and brush with oil. In a small bowl mix the oil, honey, almond butter and vanilla. Set aside. In a large bowl, add all of the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the oil mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared 9X9 pan and spread evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool in the pan. Remove from the pan and slice. Store in an airtight container for approximately 1 week.
