If you like the flavor of rosemary, you will love Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil. We suggest using this flavored olive oil on meat, fish, potatoes, popcorn, or as a dressing with balsamic vinegars and spices. I love all of the specialty items that Pasolivo carries. The Rosemary Olive Oil is one of my favorites. It's great as a salad dressing paired with the Red Wine Vinegar. It's also great on breads and for sauteing your favorite fish.
The Rosemary Olive Oil is a MUST HAVE! This oil is the perfect blend and extremely balanced...Great along side grilled meats or as a stand alone dish of Roasted Red Skin Potato salad. You'll not be disappointed.
I love this olive oil! It is so good on oven roasted chicken! I also use it when I am cooking Italian sausage on the stove, then with the pan drippings I mix my gnocchi in it and it is SO good! It is also excellent for dipping bread! I really want to try it in a rosemary olive oil pound cake... Maybe for the holidays! Very subtle and not over powering.
This is hands-down the best olive oil I've ever tasted. Together with some fig balsamic as a dip for bread, or used for cooking just about anything, the flavor is just amazing. My kitchen has not been without a bottle since we discovered it.
