The Pasolivo Sparkling Elderflower Sangria is filled with colorful fruit and is a perfect summer cocktail! This bubbly and fruity sangria is perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, chilled
  • 1/4 cup Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Pasolivo Sparkling Citrus Vinegar
  • 1 cup raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup sliced lemon
  • 3 cups ice
  • 750 milliliters Sparkling Lemonade, chilled
  • 750 milliliters Champagne or Sparkling Wine, chilled
  • 4-8 ounces Soda Water or Tonic Water, chilled
Preparation
  1. Add St. Germain, 1/4 cup Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil, 1/2 cup Pasolivo Sparkling Citrus Vinegar, 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup sliced strawberries, and 1 cup sliced lemon, to an extra-large pitcher and mix and muddle until well combined.
  2. Then add Sparkling Lemonade and Sparkling Wine.
  3. Stir very gently so the bubbles do not overflow.
  4. Add ice and Soda or Tonic Water to taste.
