Pasolivo Granola

5 - 5 1/2 cups of Granola
1/2 cup Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 cup Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1/3 cup Walnuts
1/3 cup Sliced Almonds
1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/3 cup Flaxseed Meal
1/2 tsp. Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt
1/2 cup Unsweetened Flake Coconut
2 tsp. Pasolivo Sugar and Spice Blend

**Optional: 1/3 cup dried fruit to stir in when the granola is done and cooled. Chopped apricots, dried cherries, golden raisins are good options.
Mix your Pasolivo Olive Oil and Pasolivo Honey until well blended. Set aside.

Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add olive oil and honey mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread onto a rimmed parchment lined baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until granola mixture is almost dry. Stir every 10 minutes and then every 5 if additional time is needed. Let cool completely, stirring often.

Add dried fruit if desired.
