INGREDIENTS:
9-ounce yam (Approximately one large or two small yams, peeled and slice into planks)
1 Tbsp Pasolivo Citrus Olive Oil or Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Pasolivo Sugar and Spice Blend
1 Tbsp Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey (optional)
1/2 tsp. Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS:
In a small saucepan, combine Pasolivo Olive Oil and Pasolivo honey and stir until well blended, over low heat. Toss Yams with combined mixture and then toss with the spices. Place on single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until fork tender.
