  1. Warm Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat in a pan.
  2. Add onion and Pasolivo Garlic Sea Salt. Cook until translucent, about 4-5 minutes
  3. Add asparagus, potato, Pasolivo Herbes De Provence ,and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 25-30 minutes, until vegetables are very soft.
  4. Stir in Pasolivo Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard Use an immersion blender or regular blender to puree.
  5. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil to serve.
