You won't want to eat mushrooms any other way after trying this recipe! Garlic Balsamic and a bit of patience turn these humble vegetables into an elegant glossy side dish.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cremini mushrooms, ¼ slices (1 small pack)
- 1 Tbsp. Pasolivo Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 clove of garlic, grated or minced
- ¼ tsp. Pasolio Garlic Balsamic
- 1 Tbsp. Pasolivo Garlic Balsamic
- ½ tsp. high-quality maple syrup
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. minced thyme
Preparation
- Place a large skillet over high heat. Let the pan heat for 2 minutes before adding the Garlic Olive Oil.
- Then add the mushrooms. Stir to distribute the oil as evenly as possible. Sautee for 6 to 8 minutes, until the mushrooms are a deep golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute before adding the butter, garlic, Roasted Garlic Salt, Garlic Balsamic, maple syrup, pepper, and thyme. Toss to combine.
- Serve on bruschetta with parmesan, as a side with steak, or with pasta, etc. Enjoy!
