You won't want to eat mushrooms any other way after trying this recipe! Garlic Balsamic and a bit of patience turn these humble vegetables into an elegant glossy side dish.
Place a large skillet over high heat. Let the pan heat for 2 minutes before adding the Garlic Olive Oil.
Then add the mushrooms. Stir to distribute the oil as evenly as possible. Sautee for 6 to 8 minutes, until the mushrooms are a deep golden brown.
Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute before adding the butter, garlic, Roasted Garlic Salt, Garlic Balsamic, maple syrup, pepper, and thyme. Toss to combine.
Serve on bruschetta with parmesan, as a side with steak, or with pasta, etc. Enjoy!
