Fire up your summer with our irresistible BBQ Chicken Sandwiches topped with a zesty Sweet Habanero Coleslaw! Perfect for cookouts, backyard gatherings, or any sunny afternoon, this crowd-pleasing recipe brings bold, smoky flavor and a spicy-sweet kick in every bite.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of Pasolivo Garlic Olive Oil on medium heat, making sure to evenly coat the surface of the pan. Toast all buns facedown and set aside.
In the same pan, mix 3 cups of shredded or
chopped chicken and 1 cup (or more) Pasolivo
Memphis-style BBQ Sauce until warm, about 5
minutes. Distribute the meat evenly onto the
bottom halves of the buns.
In a small bowl, mix 2 cups of coleslaw mix, 2
tablespoons Pasolivo Garlic Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon
Pasolivo Sweet Habanero Vinegar, ½ teaspoon
Pasolivo Sriracha Salt, and ½ teaspoon cracked
pepper.
Spread 1 tablespoon (or more) Pasolivo Balsamic Caramelized Onion Spread onto each top bun.
Evenly top the meat in the sandwiches with the Sweet Habanero Coleslaw.
Skewer with toothpick to hold fillings in place and serve!
