Sweet and savory meet to create a delicious and protein-packed breakfast. Drizzle with Pasolivo Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 lb ground seasoned sausage, like Jimmy Dean
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup peeled and grated apple
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh wild blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup, plus more for serving
  • 3/4-1 teaspoon Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Pasolivo Spring Blend
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Line a baking sheet with sides with tin foil.
  3. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well with a large spoon or with your hands.
  4. Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, make meatballs about the size of a golf ball and place onto a prepared pan.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup.
