Try the Pasolivo Basil Olive Oil on a fresh caprese salad!
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- Fresh, small mozzarella balls
- Grape tomatoes, halved
- 3/4 cup Pasolivo Basil Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cut tomatoes in half and place in a bowl.
- Chop basil and mix in with tomatoes. Add the mozzarella.
- Pour in Pasolivo Basil Olive Oil while mixing the whole time. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate before serving.
