Place chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet or the back of a heavy pan, flatten the breasts to 1/2” thick
Put Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil on a plate, and put Pasolivo Everything Nut Crumbs on another plate
Roll each chicken breast on the 1st plate to coat with Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil. Then roll on the 2nd plate to coat with Pasolivo Everything Nut Crumbs
Place the chicken breasts on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with Pasolivo Lemon Salt
Bake for 15-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°
