Sweet, smoky, and effortlessly juicy, these grilled peaches are the ultimate summer treat! A brush of Citrus Olive Oil enhances their natural flavor, especially when paired with creamy vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of Orange Blossom Honey or caramel sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- Pasolivo Citrus Olive Oil, for brushing
- Vanilla ice cream
- Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey, for optional topping
- Pasolivo Olive Oil Salted Caramel Sauce recipe, for optional topping
Preparation
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Brush the cut side of the peaches with Citrus Olive Oil and grill cut-side down for 3 minutes, until char marks form.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and serve with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of Orange Blossom Honey or our Caramel Sauce recipe.
