Preparation
  1. Warm Pasolivo Olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrot, celery, and Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt . Cook about 4 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers and garlic. Cook 3 more minutes.
  4. Turn heat to medium-low and add ground turkey. Break meat up as it is cooking.
  5. When just cooked, add zucchini, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, riced cauliflower and Pasolivo Smokey Spice . Turn heat back up to medium to bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to a low simmer for about 15 minutes.
  6. Taste and add additional Pasolivo Smokey Spice or Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt if desired.
  7. Serve in bowls with any additional toppings.
