Our hashbrown waffles are a perfect way to make any breakfast look spectacular. The best part about it, it's just as easy as frying up your hashbrown in the skillet, and you get more consistent results.
Warm waffle iron and brush or spray with oil to prevent sticking. Once heated, place ½ cup of potato mixture in each section of the iron and spread evenly. Bake until crispy and brown. Cook times will vary but 2 minutes will get you close.
Serve with olive oil basted eggs or scrambled. Makes five hash brown waffles.
