This rustic Italian chicken recipe is infused with bright citrus and aromatic herbs for a flavorful, oven-roasted centerpiece.
Ingredients
- One Hen
- One Lemon, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Herbs de Provence
- 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil
Preparation
- Clean chicken thoroughly. Using a trussing needle, poke holes in the lemons and then place lemons in the cavity.
- Add approximately 1 tablespoon of Pasolivo Herbes de Provence in the cavity and under the skin. Then rub approximately 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil on the outside of skin.
- Bake at 350ºF. Depending on the weight of the hen, approximate cooking time is 40-60 minutes.
