Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, lemon zest, and parmesan cheese. Add green beans, mix well, then spread everything into a 9x9 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until everything is warm. Remove from the oven, spread the topping mixture evenly over the beans, and bake another 3-5 minutes until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
