  1. Cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks, place into a medium bowl, and mash. Set whites aside.
  2. Add Pasolivo Red Jalapeno Olive Oil and remaining ingredients to the yolks and mix together well.
  3. Scoop a scant tbsp into each egg while half, dividing evenly amongst the whites. Sprinkle lightly with additional Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt . Serve immediately or chill to serve.
