This Lime Black Bean Salsa is perfect for Cinco de Mayo, family get togethers, sports games, or just as an appetizer!
Ingredients
- 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil
- Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt to taste
Preparation
- Combine ingredients in medium bowl and toss with Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil to coat. Add Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt to taste.
- Serve over fish tacos, nachos, southwestern salad, or grilled chicken.
