  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees for roasting broccoli and 350 degrees for baking casserole.
  2. Lightly oil a 9 x 12 baking dish
  3. In a large bowl, toss broccoli with 4 tbsp Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Then sprinkle with 1 tsp Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
  4. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, until tender and starting to brown, Remove from oven and set aside.
  5. While broccoli is roasting, in a large bowl, mix the yogurt, Pasolivo Roasted Garlic Champagne Mustard , Pasolivo Tuscan Spice Blend , and remaining 1 tsp Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt .
  6. When mixed well, stir in the hashbrowns, onion, roasted broccoli, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  7. Place mixture in the 9 x 12 baking dish, and bake 45-60 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
  8. In a small bowl, mix Pasolivo Italian Nut Crumbs , parmesan cheese, and Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil . Sprinkle over potatoes and cook an additional 5-10 minutes.
  9. Add additional Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
