In a small bowl combine malt powder, vanilla bean paste, condensed milk, and Orange Blossom Honey. Whisk together until smooth. The malt powder has a tendency to clump.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cream and milk. Once warmed through, remove from heat. Add the malt mixture and bourbon and stir to combine. Season with Himalayan Sea Salt to taste.
In a small bowl, combine the cream, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, marshmallow fluff, (if using) and Himalayan Sea Salt. Whip to stiff peaks.
To serve, top the Malted Bourbon Hot Vanilla with a generous spoonful of Maple Cream. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top, and sprinkle with Himalayan Sea Salt. This beverage is equally delicious without the bourbon! Enjoy.
