Ingredients
Ingredients:
8-10 lb bone-in and unglazed spiral ham, or two 5 lb hams
Place ham in a roasting pan and warm according to package instructions. When ham is almost done, combine all glaze ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat for 3 minutes. Remove the ham from the oven, turn oven temperature to 425 degrees, and baste generously with half of the glaze. Put the ham back in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove and baste again with the remaining glaze as well as juices from the bottom of the pan. Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand 10 minutes, then serve.
