Full Product Description
This is a hearty winter side dish with Pasolivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Yukon gold potatoes that have been cut into long slices (about 3" wide); you can also use sweet potatoes
- 1 bunch small carrots or 4 big carrots, peeled and chopped, or cut in half and left long
- Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Mix together mustard, Pasolivo Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup, Pasolivo Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt, and pepper.
- Toss with veggies, roast in roasting pan (stirring occasionally) for 30 minutes.
