This olive oil marinade recipe can be created using any of our extra virgin olive oils but if you are looking for something fresh and with a stronger flavor, you will want to use our Olio Nuovo. This oil is only made once a year and has a shelf life of 6-8 months. Enjoy a bold and fresh flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Pasolivo Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Rosemary, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Thyme, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Oregano, chopped
- 5 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Olio Nuovo or Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Steak of your choice
Preparation
- Place the Aged Balsamic Vinegar in a small pot and reduce by half. Remove from heat and place in a small bowl. Add chopped herbs, ketchup, and olive oil. Whisk to combine. Marinade steaks for at least 45 minutes.
