  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until incorporated, about 20 seconds. Let batter rest 15-20 minutes before using.
  2. Warm 1 tsp Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a crepe pan or non-stick fry pan over medium-low heat
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the center of the pan and swirl pan until batter is evenly spread
  4. When the bottom and edges are lightly browned, flip and cook until browned
  5. Repeat oil and batter until all crepes are cooked
  6. Keep cooked crepes warm in oven until all are cooked
  7. *To make sweet: fill with chopped bananas, berries, or chocolate, and serve with Pasolivo Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup
  8. *To make savory: when the crepe is flipped the first time, lay a thin slice of ham on top and sprinkle with gruyere cheese. Then spread a layer of Pasolivo Sugar Kissed Jalapeno Mustard , and roll when done.
