  1. In a medium bowl, whisk wet ingredients until combined (3 tbsp Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 egg, 3/4 cup buttermilk, and approx 1/4 cup milk).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients until combined (1 cup flour, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt, and 1 tbsp sugar.)
  3. Combine wet ingredients in large bowl of dry ingredients. Whisk until combined, but don't over mix!
  4. Heat a pan over low to medium-low heat and coat with Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into an per pancake. When the bottom is browned, flip over and cook the other side. The heat should be adjusted so that the pancake doesn't brown too fast and doesn't cook through. The pancake is done when both sides are brown and the center is cooked. Remember to brush the pan with oil before each pancake!
  6. In a separate bowl, mix 3 tbsp Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Pasolivo Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup, 3 tbsp Pasolivo Spiced Apple and Pumpkin Spread, and a pinch of Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt together until homogenous. Serve on top of cooked pancakes.
