Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry cauliflower head. Keeping the head intact, remove leaves and some core. Rub Pasolivo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the whole head- top and underneath. Sprinkle Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt over the whole head- top and underneath. Place cauliflower cut side down in a baking dish. Cover tightly the foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 50 minutes. With 30 minutes time remaining, pour 1-2 tbsp Pasolivo Aged Balsamic Vinegar over the top. Cauliflower should be fork-tender and browned on the outside. Slice to serve. After slicing, salt to taste.
