No matter what the occasion, this recipe is not only delicious but also easy to make!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh mushrooms of your choice
- 1/2 cup Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tablespoons Pasolivo Herbs de Provence
- 2 tablespoons Pasolivo Sweet Basil Plum Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Remove mushroom stems and cut caps into quarters.
- Mix Pasolivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, Pasolivo Herbs de Provence, and mushrooms.
- Place in an ovenproof casserole dish and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until mushrooms have softened.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with Pasolivo Basil Plum Vinegar.
