Pasolivo Yam Fries are the ideal side dish! Pair with our Citrus Pesto Turkey Burger or bring this side to a summer barbecue. The Pasolivo Yam Fries contain the perfect amount of sweet and salty and can be used as a side dish or dessert.
Ingredients
- 9-ounce yam (Approximately one large or two small yams, peeled and sliced into planks)
- 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Citrus Olive Oil or Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Pasolivo Sugar and Spice Blend
- 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
Preparation
- In a small saucepan, combine Pasolivo Olive Oil and Pasolivo Honey and stir until well blended, over low heat.
- Toss Yams with combined mixture and then toss with the spices.
- Place on single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350ºF for approximately 20 minutes or until fork tender.
