Ingredients
1 large baguette cut into 24 slices (2/3 in thick)
Slice the baguette and place the slices on a sheet pan. Brush the tops of the sliced bread with Pasolivo Soltera Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place the pan on the top rack of the oven and broil on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until lightly golden brown. Be sure to watch the bread while it's under the broiler, so it doesn't burn. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
