Ingredients
  • 1 jar of Pasolivo Artichoke and Olive Marinara Sauce, using Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil instead of Cucina
  • 1/2 pound sweet or hot ground sausage (if links, remove from casing) or ground beef, cooked and crumbled
  • 2-3 ounces sliced pepperoni or salami, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Pasolivo Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mozarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
  • 12 ounces pasta, use farfalle or penne
  • 3-4 tablespoons pasta water (add with pasta to sauce)
Preparation
  1. Prepare Pasolivo Marinara Sauce.
  2. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  3. Lightly oil 9x13 baking pan.
  4. Cook ground sausage/beef in large pan. Then drain off fat.
  5. Stir in one recipe Pasolivo Marinara Sauce, pepperoni, red bell pepper, and Pasolivo Garlic Salt.
  6. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
  7. Mix pasta, 3-4 tablespoons pasta water, and Pasolivo Marinara Sauce mixture, then stir in cheeses.
  8. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake until cheese is melty, about 18-22 minutes.
  9. Add more garlic salt if desired.
  10. Serve immediately with additional parmesan and a drizzle of Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil. You can add any vegetables that you would on pizza.
