Nothing says Fall like a warm slice of homemade pumpkin bread. This pumpkin bread features Tangerine Olive Oil and Orange Blossom Honey for a fun tanginess, and the Sugar & Spice Blend for an added comforting warmth.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt, and Pasolivo Sugar & Spice Blend in a large bowl, set aside.
In another bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just mixed and, if desired, stir in walnuts. Pour into bread pan and bake 60-70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out mostly dry.
Pasolivo tip: To make as a snack cake, mix in 3/4 cup baking chips, pour into 9"x9" pan and bake approximately 40 minutes.
