Full Product Description
Roasted grapes are wonderful with goat cheese on crostini, by themselves on a cheese board, in salads, or on pizza.
Ingredients
- 2 cups red grapes, removed from stems, washed and dried
- 2 tsp. Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil
- Pasolivo Lemon Salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Mix grapes with Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Separate the grapes so they aren™t clumped together
- Sprinkle with Pasolivo Lemon Salt
- Roast about 20 minutes until they have wrinkled skin and are starting to burst
- These are good with goat cheese on crostini, by themselves on a cheese board, in salads, or on pizza
- Optional: roast without Pasolivo Lemon Salt for a just sweet flavor. Use as above
