Add the scallions and sausage. Cook, breaking up the meat, until well browned- about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the Pasolivo Herbes de Provence
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, and 1 1/2 cups gruyere cheese
Add bread cubes and sausage mixture, and mix well
