Full Product Description
A classic Middle Eastern dish made Pasolivo style. This skillet dish of eggs in a deliciously fragrant red sauce includes Cucina Olive Oil for an amazing added butteriness.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Pasolivo Marinara Sauce Recipe
- 4 eggs
- Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil for serving
- Crusty bread for serving
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Warm Pasolivo Marinara Sauce in a 10 fry pan, and bring to a low simmer.
- Make 4 small indentations in sauce, and crack eggs into each well.
- Cover and cook until egg whites are just set. (Check after 4 minutes to see if done).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with Pasolivo Cucina Olive Oil and serve with crusty bread.
