A simple and delicious dinner to be shared with family and friends.
Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Mix 3 tablespoons Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil in a large bag with Pasolivo Smokey Spice Blend, Pasolivo Tuscan Balsamic Vinegar, and Worcestershire Sauce, mix well.
  2. Add tri-tip and toss to cover roast.
  3. Refrigerate for one or more hours.
  4. Prep the vegetables and pat dry with a towel.
  5. Toss vegetables with the Pasolivo Herbs de Provence and Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt.
  6. Toss with remaining 3 tablespoons of Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil.
  7. Put vegetables in bottom of 6-quart slow cooker.
  8. Place beef mixture on top of vegetables.
  9. Pour beef stock over mixture. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours until meat is tender. Salt to taste and serve.
