Ingredients
- 1 medium apple, chopped

- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey, plus extra for rim
- 2 tablespoons Pasolivo Sparkling Citrus Vinegar
- 4 ounces of your favorite bourbon
- Sliced apple, for garnish
- Pasolivo Tuscan Sun Baked Olives, for garnish
Preparation
- In small sauce pan place apple, Pasolivo Sugar and Spice Blend, water, Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey and Pasolivo Sparkling Citrus Vinegar.
- Cook mixture on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
- Add cooked apple mixture to a cocktail shaker.
- Give it a good muddle, pressing down apples with muddler or a back of a wooden spoon until the apples look like apple sauce.
- Add bourbon to cocktail shaker and ice. Shake well.
- Add a little honey to small plate.
- Turn cocktail glass upside down, then dip in honey.
- Place right side up and let honey drizzle down.
- Take a pinch of Sugar and Spice Blend.
- Over the plate add to the rimmed honey.
- Fill glass with ice and top with cocktail.
- Garnish with toothpick of Tuscan Sun Baked Olives (the saltiness does wonders with the honey!) and sliced apples.
