These beans are a quick and proteinous choice as a lunchtime component. Mash lightly on toast for a tuna sandwich, add them to a grilled chicken wrap. Toss in an arugula salad, or use as a topping on a Buddha bowl.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. can of low-sodium cannellini beans
- ½ tsp. Spicy Italian Blend
- 1 Tbsp. Basil Olive Oil
- ½ tsp. Sparkling Citrus Vinegar
- Roasted Garlic Salt, to taste
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss gently.
- Store in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.
