  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees..
  2. Wash and dry cauliflower and remove leaves and core.
  3. Set on a cutting board, and slice into 1/4" slices. Some will be slices and some will be pieces.
  4. Toss with Pasolivo Habanero Olive Oil ,Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt and Pasolivo Spring Blend
  5. Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and browned.
  6. Serve Immediately
