Ingredients
    Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chopped fresh asparagus (about 12 oz. with tough ends removed)
  • 3 tbsp Pasolivo Garlic Olive Oil plus more for oiling pan
  • 2 tsp Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt ,
  • 2 tbsp Pasolivo Spring Blend
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 12 oz. ham, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded gruyere
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 6 cups chopped Italian bread, cubed
Preparation
  1. Lightly oil 9 x 13 baking dish
  2. In a large skillet, warm Pasolivo Garlic Olive Oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped asparagus and 1 tsp Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt and cook 5-10 minutes, until just tender.
  4. Add green onion and spinach and cook an additional one minute.
  5. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Add milk, 1 tsp Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt and Pasolivo Spring Blend .
  7. Stir in ham, vegetable mixture, cheeses, and parsley
  8. Lay bread evenly in the bottom of the baking dish, pour egg mixture over, and toss gently to mix and coat evenly.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
  10. Bake for 75-90 minutes until golden and set in the center.
