3/4 cup (6 ounces) Tequila Blanco (or any White or Silver Tequila)
½ cup (4 ounces) fresh squeezed lime juice, approximately 2-4 limes
½ cup (4 ounces) Cointreau
3-5 cups ice
3-4 strawberries, sliced thinly for garnish
Preparation
Dip four old-fashioned or margarita glasses in the Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil and then in the Pasolivo Sriracha Sea Salt. Set aside prepared glasses.
Fill blender with 15-20 strawberries (depending on their size and sweetness), 2 tablespoons Pasolivo Lime Oil, Tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, and ice and blend until smooth.
Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with strawberry slices.
Note: If strawberries are small use up to 20 or more even. If they are not sweet enough add 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar and/or a little more Cointreau.
